Being on time for your appointment is greatly appreciated, like wise we will endeavour to run on time to the best of our ability. When arriving for face and body treatments we would ask you to arrive at least 10 to 15 mins prior to treatment to allow time to change and relax before your treatment. If you are 15 mins or more late we will gladly reschedule you but we will have to charge you for the missed service. Alternatively we can offer you a shortened service. To ensure you get an appointment when you want and with a particular therapist we recommend you book your next treatment prior to leaving the spa.
As a courtesy to our therapists and other clients, if you need to cancel or change an appointment we request a minimum of 24 Hr notice to avoid a minimum fee of 50% being charged.
It is up to you! Leaving gratuities is optional but seems to be normal procedure. When you are happy with your treatment show it!
As a consideration to other customers we regret we cannot accommodate children in the treatment areas.
All courses must be prepaid and are non-refundable.
Courses are valid for 6 months
Valid for 6 months. Must be produced on day of treatment as proof of purchase. Please ensure you redeem the voucher in good time to avoid disappointment as the treatment rooms are usually booked out a few weeks in advance especially evenings, weekends and holiday periods. Gift vouchers are non valid if lost or Stolen. Please quote gift voucher number when making your appointment.
We operate a 'No Smoking' policy.
We request that Mobile Phones must be switched off in the treatment areas as a consideration to other customers.
